Australian Live Music Business Council.

In the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, Morph was engaged by leading operators in the live music sector to build and launch a new organisation to represent the SMEs that make up the supply chain of live music.

In less than a month Morph established the organisation from the ground up - including guiding principles and strategy, marketing collateral (website, socials, media/PR), a membership platform, recruited an Executive GM and 12 member board and positioned the organisation as a key player in industry and government circles.

Within 3 months, the organisation had a membership of over 650 operators whose businesses employed some 30K employees and generated over $300 Million in annual revenue.

Morph continues to provide strategic advice to ALMBC in Marketing and Government & Industry Relations.
